We will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of damage or theft. Please refer to the Waiver and Protection Options section for further information on driver liability.

Waiver and protection options |
|
The only variable elements for inclusive vs. exclusive retail rates are CDW and TP. VAT and RFR (VLF) are included in all rates (inclusive and exclusive)

Excess charge in case of damage
If CDW is purchased the excess charge detailed in the above table will apply
If an EXCLUSIVE rate (and CDW is not purchased), the excess charge payable will be the Actual damage/Repair cost of the vehicle.
Personal Insurance (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance will be offered to drivers at the rental location. PAI is included in the rate.
The maximum coverage in case of disability (per person) is as per Court Judgement
The maximum coverage in case of death (per person) is as per Court Judgement
Third Party Liability unlimited
Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property, when using a Budget vehicle.
Third party liability is included in the rental price.
Maximum coverage in case of damage to property is QAR 250,000
Maximum coverage in case of personal injury is as per Court
Judgement
Maximum coverage in case of death is as per Court Judgement

Drivers license and ID requirements |
|
Each driver must show photographic proof of identity and their passport at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 6 Month. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country.
If your licence was issued outside Qatar you must provide an International Driving Licence. |

Fastbreak is our priority service for corporate customers and people who hire a car frequently.
Fastbreak is available at this location. |

Traffic Fines |
|
Traffic fines such as overspeeding, crossing the signal, wrong parking as per the tarrif set up by the traffic department. |

Fuel charges |
|
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental. To avoid refuelling charges please return the car with a full tank of fuel.
If the fuel tank is not full we will fill the tank and charge you for the fuel.
Fuel will be charged at minimum QAR 1,30 / litre or QAR 15 / level depends on the size of the car. |
